TRANSPARENCY ABOUT RETURN IMPACT — We want to make our customers aware of the environmental impact of returns. In the future, we’ll show the costs and CO₂ emissions of return shipments in your customer account, so you can make an informed choice.

REWARD MODEL FOR CONSCIOUS ORDERING — We are developing a model where customers who order consciously—and return less—are rewarded with benefits such as lower or free return shipping costs.
