Sustainability & Return Policy

JANICE was founded on a clear vision: quality and sustainability are central. For us, this means not only designing timeless luxury collections, but also a conscious and responsible approach to production, logistics, and packaging materials. Read more about our vision on our Sustainability page.

We are seeing a growing trend within the fashion industry where items are ordered with the intention of returning them after brief use (also known as “wardrobing”). This leads to additional transport movements, packaging use, CO₂ emissions, and a loss of product value. For a brand like JANICE, which carefully considers every decision, this does not align with our sustainability mission.

That is why we encourage exchanges when a product does not fit well or is not to your liking. If the desired product is no longer available, or if you would like to choose a different item at a later time, we are happy to offer store credit. In this way, we shop more consciously together and contribute to limiting unnecessary return flows and environmental impact.

Of course, you always have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After registering your return, you then have 3 days to send the item back to us.

During the cooling-off period, we ask that you handle the product and packaging with care. You may try on and inspect the item just as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, there may be a loss of value.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns are very easy to do online at WEBSHOP JANICE.NL BV!
Create an account at the time of your purchase. All your details and purchases will be recorded there.

How do you exchange an item?

Exchanging online orders can only be done online through your account. Exchanges are NOT possible at the BRANDSTORE.

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to “Orders”
3. Click
“Exchange” above your order 4. Check the product you want to exchange
5. Click the black “select new product”
button below 6. Select your new product and click “Back to Exchange”
7. Select the DHL
shipping method 8. Once the exchange is approved, click the “Complete Exchange” button…if the new product is more expensive, you must pay the difference immediately, along with purchasing your DHL return label.

How do you return an item?

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to “Orders”
3. Click
“Return” above your order 4. Check the product you want to return
5. Indicate the reason for the return
6. Select the DHL shipping method and purchase the return label

Please note! After paying for your shipping label, you will receive a return label from DHL within 15 minutes. Always check your spam folder if you do not receive your shipping label in your inbox.

Once we receive your return shipment, we aim to process it within 2 business days. During busy periods, we have a maximum processing time of 14 business days. As soon as your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. If you haven’t received a message after 14 business days, please contact us at [email protected].
