For us, the experience doesn’t start only when you put on your new item. The moment your order is delivered to your home should also feel like a little gift.

Every order is carefully processed in our warehouse. Our team checks, folds, and packs each item with care, so it arrives in perfect condition—exactly as you’d expect from us.

Because we prioritize this quality, it can sometimes take 2 to 4 business days for your package to be delivered to your home. How quickly your order arrives depends on when you place your order and the delivery service’s schedule.

Of course, we understand that you can’t wait to receive your new purchase. That’s why we do everything we can to prepare your order the same day and hand it over to the delivery service.

Do I have to pay extra if an item is delivered later?

For orders of €200 or more, every delivery within the Netherlands is free; for deliveries outside the Netherlands, a reduced rate applies. Is your order incomplete? We’ll send you the missing item for free as soon as it’s back in stock!

Didn’t receive your order? To be sure, check your tracking number or send an email to [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll do everything we can to answer your question as soon as possible!
