JANICE member credits are intended to thank our regular customers for their orders!

What are member credits, how do you earn them, and how do you redeem them?

You earn points for every product from the new collection. Every full euro is worth 1 point, and once you reach 550 points, you’ll receive a discount code worth 20 euros that you can redeem on your next order of 100 euros or more.
If you return items from your order, the member credits you earned will be deducted from your total. You only receive member credits for the items you actually keep.

Once the return period has expired, the member credits will be automatically added to your account within a few days. When you’re logged into your account, you can see how many points you’ve collected. Once you reach 550 points, we’ll automatically send you a code. You’ll receive the discount when you enter this code in your shopping cart.

Every product in the new collection on our webshop indicates that when you purchase a product, you’ll receive a certain number of member credits, which you can convert into a discount coupon for your next order.

You can use the coupon you receive at any time. To do this, log in to your account on our online store (click “Log In” in the top right corner of our shop), and then you’ll be able to enter your coupon code at checkout. The value of your coupon will then be automatically deducted from the total amount.

Of course, you can save up points for as long as you like. Your points do not expire.

Please note: Member credits are only available to registered customers. If you check out as a guest, you cannot save or redeem credits. Additionally, multiple codes cannot be redeemed at the same time. At janiceofficial.com, you can only use one code at a time.
